2. Processing Time: Our team strives to process and pack your order with the utmost care within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Lead Time: All lead times are shown on the product page, and can vary for certain categories, please note all lead times are given as approximate and at times orders maybe ready earlier than expected or later than planned due to events beyond our control.

Shipping Methods:
1. Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping services to ensure your order reaches you reliably and affordably. Once your goods are ready our delivery times for standard shipping may vary depending on your location and typically range from 3-7 business days once the courier has received the goods.

Shipping Rates:
Our prices include free standard mainland UK delivery, in the event your postcode falls under a surcharge area we will contact you to advise of any additional charges, you would then have the option to pay the additional amount or cancel the order should you wish to do so.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our website or the carrier's tracking portal. Please note, some orders are dispatched directly through our in house courier, which tracking may not be available, however, you will receive a call to arrange a time and date

Delivery Confirmation:
Upon successful delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. If you have any concerns about the status of your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please note delivery is to front door only, our couriers will not take goods up the stairs or into lifts, it is also the customers responsibility to ensure goods fit through the door

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays or issues. Casa Home is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, there might be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, carrier-related issues, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work diligently to resolve any issues.

Damaged or Lost Items:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue to your satisfaction. 

Returns:

Eligibility: Due to the customized nature of these products, we regret to inform you that cancellations for made-to-order items are not possible once the order has been placed. As made-to-order items are specially made for you, we are unable to accept cancellations once the production process has commenced. This includes any changes or modifications to the order.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These may include but are not limited to personal care products, perishable goods, and customized or made-to-order items. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for more information.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence to assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.
